A Leap Year has 365 days. And to some, last 2016 hasn't been a one with a bed of roses agenda and consequently very rough, though they managed to keep a smile and push on. And to others, its just been another year that has come and gone. Well, others are full of laughter and miles as they celebrate in one way or the other their merited or unmerited achievements.
