(EVENT ALERT) 🎉🎆: ~X-MALEYA~ CAMEROON'S MOST CELEBRATED ~URBAN MUSIC~ GROUP, ANNOUNCES THE CELEBRATION OF THEIR ~10TH ANNIVERSARY MUSICAL SAGA~.

The Cameroonian Urban music group X- Maleya comprised of Roger Samig (Group lead singer), Auguste Rim and Haiss (who is a mix of American father and a French Cameroonian mother) is one of the most celebrated national and international Sub-Saharan music group. They forged out their way through stormy moments to see their dreams come through by standing the test of time by means of their well respected melodic music build of inspirational messages as they announced the celebration of their (10 years in the Cameroon, African and international music scene).

Notwithstanding, their journey to the top wasn’t a one of bed of roses as they started way back with singles, organizing shows everywhere from Yaoundé to Douala and around the Cameroon. Until the release of their first album in 2006 (Exile), Followed by another album in 2009 (X Maleya) with the hit single (Yelele) which was national and internationally received with many awards won and many tours and contracts signed and cemented their name and style of music which is a mix of hip-hop, R’n’B, Makossa and Afro pop genres. This trio in 2011 surprised their fans in and out of Cameroon by releasing another album entitled (Tous ensemble) with another hit single (Tchokolo).

Their rise and rise to notoriety continued with the creation of  XM RECORDS, concerts, awards and tours around the world and the consequent release of another album in 2013 (Révolution) with hits upon hits and welcomed their fans with a featuring with Nigerian international producer and singer J Martins (à vie) selling (10.000 copies) from the day of release as this made them to be nominated at the Trace Urban Music Awards in the “Best African Group” category 3 April, 2013. As Roger was cited saying “Only God can give, he will not drop us down, without whom nothing of that kind would be possible”.

Their international collaborations resuming from J Martins, Chidinma, Afcon 2014 Gabon-Guinea led theme song and many more are mere proof of their hard work.  The eventfully group impressed and savoured their fans worldwide with the organisation of one of the most historic concert in OLYMPIA Paris by an African Cameroonian boy band in August 2014 as the legendary (Manu Dibango) the Soul Makossa Sarksofonist was present to encourage them. The group surprised some of their fans by announcing a possible collaboration with Pharrell Williams in any time from now just after the release of their last album in 2016 (Playlist) with many singles released and collaborations. As fans wait impatiently for the release of this song and the consecration of their 10th Years Anniversary and Samuel Eto Fils (The Cameroonian international football player) is equally announce to be present at the event who is a big fan of the group X-Maleya with many other public figures in and out of Cameroon.

The X-Maleya 10th ANNIVERSARY SAGA is scheduled for the 08th of February 2017 with their signee artists who will be performing on stage with them DOLLARD LEMOINE and RYTHMIZ at the esplanade of the National Museum Cameroon- Yaoundé.
